Jason L. Griner, LCSW PC

Welcome to Jason L. Griner, LCSW PC, where I offer the revolutionary BLAST® Technique for trauma healing. Experience rapid relief and lasting transformation in just minutes, not sessions.
BLAST® Technique
Imagine you had a technique that you would use with 70 to 80% of your clients that would heal their trauma in minutes rather than sessions. Would you use it?
I believe that the Bi-Lateral Analysis Stimulation Technique, or BLAST®, is the most efficient, effective and kindest treatment for trauma, PTSD and Complex PTSD. BLAST® was developed in 2008 by Nick Davies in Warwickshire, UK, who managed to speed up the process and efficacy of trauma treatment for an all-around better experience for the client and the therapist. BLAST® has also been highly effective in the treatment of phobias, anxiety, medical trauma, relationship breakups, intimidation from bullying, guilt, shame, cravings, bereavement, sports performance anxiety and more.

About Me
My name is Jason L. Griner
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and obtained my MSW from Valdosta State University, Valdosta, GA, working as a clinical therapist in private practice at Oakwood Counseling Center. I have over 30 years of experience in the field of human services and have spent 20 years treating people suffering from complex trauma, anxiety, psychosis, personality disorders, severe dissociation, and addiction, at the inpatient, partial hospitalization and outpatient levels of care. I have a strong passion for helping men, women and children who have suffered from trauma. I have been trained extensively and have much experience in working with PTSD, having spent 5 years working exclusively with women in an intensive inpatient trauma program. I believe that anxiety, trauma and PTSD do not have to be a life sentence of suffering. I believe that you can heal from your traumatic experiences and have a higher quality of life, not just learn to live with them.
I am also a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional II, Certified Advanced Bilateral Assessment and Stimulation Treatment (BLAST®) Practitioner, Certified Practitioner of Neuro Linguistic Programming (CPNLP), Certified Hypnotherapy Practitioner, a Registered Hypnotherapist (GHR) and I am Certified in Sports Performance Mind Coaching. I am skilled in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy (REBT), Narrative Therapy, Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), as well as Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) Therapy. In addition, I have a vast knowledge and understanding of addiction and recovery and the role the 12 Steps plays in this process. I am currently one of five BLAST® Technique and Advance BLAST® Trainers in the World and the only Trainer in the United States.
I have been a Field Instructor and Adjunct Faculty Member of the Valdosta State University School of Social Work, having twice been recognized as Field Instructor of the Year. I also work closely with the State of Georgia Office of Public Safety Support, providing support to First Responders, including Law Enforcement, Corrections, Emergency Medical Technicians and Firefighters. I worked as an EMT and as a Child Abuse Investigator in the past as well. I am an avid outdoorsman, hiker, and USA Wrestling Coach. For more than 20 years, I have worked with student athletes at every age level, providing support and guidance to help them see their potential, capitalize on it, overcome obstacles, and achieve their goals.
